‘Fire’ tomato is a unusual variety created by Fred Hempel of Artisan Seeds. Elongated, Roma-type shape and beautiful striping. fruits. Striped, bright orange/yellow coloured outside fruits have very tasty, sweet, and juicy yet meaty bi-colour flesh (orange/yellow with red marbling). Fred Hempel writes: „Looks like a paste tomato, but with texture and flavour more similar to a beefsteak.“ ‘Fire’ tomato is one of the first varieties developed by ‘Artisan Seeds’.
