Polish Bling was created by Craig LeHoullier. Craig is the person who gave the world Cherokee Purple and the Author of Epic Tomatoes.
This variety was created by crossing Blues Bling and Polish. Blues Bling is a variegated version of Cherokee Purple and Polish is a wonderful potato leaf heirloom variety.
The result is a unique potato leaf variegated plant and tomatoes that are a delight.
The flavour profile is wonderfully balanced with a lingering intense finish.
